PROBLEM
Talent Nation, an ESG-focused recruitment agency, needed their 2025/26 Remuneration Report to function as more than a data download. It had to clearly communicate complex salary benchmarks while reflecting their values around sustainability, fairness, and social impact. The challenge was to balance depth with accessibility—creating a report that felt credible and executive-ready, yet human and values-led—while also serving as the anchor for a broader digital and sales campaign.
SOLUTION
I designed a clear, considered report that transformed complex remuneration data into an accessible, authoritative narrative. The visual system prioritised hierarchy, clarity, and calm restraint, allowing insights to be understood quickly without losing nuance. By aligning layout, typography, and tone with Talent Nation’s ESG positioning, the report became a trusted reference point—one that confidently supported conversations across digital, social, and sales channels as part of a cohesive campaign rollout.
